To book a session, first create an account on our platform. Then, browse through our list of professionals, view their profiles, and check their availability. Once you find a professional who meets your needs, click on their profile, select an available time slot, and complete the booking process by making the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
How can I become a professional on CareerPeCharcha?
To become a professional on our platform, create a regular account first. Then navigate to your dashboard and click on "Become a Professional." You'll need to fill out a detailed professional profile including your expertise, experience, and hourly rate. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you can start setting your availability and accepting sessions.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule a session through your dashboard. Our cancellation policy varies based on how close to the scheduled time you're cancelling. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you'll receive a full refund. For cancellations between 12-24 hours, you'll receive a 75% refund. Between 4-12 hours, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations less than 4 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
How do payments work on CareerPeCharcha?
All payments are processed securely through our platform. When you book a session, you'll pay the listed rate plus our service fee. The payment is held in escrow until the session is completed successfully. Professionals are paid after the session is marked as complete and any applicable review period has passed. We support various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
