By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareerPeCharcha.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

CareerPeCharcha connects users with professional career advisors, mentors, and coaches ("Professionals"). We do not employ these Professionals directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services they provide.

Professionals on our platform set their own rates, schedules, and service terms. While we strive to verify their credentials, we make no representations or warranties regarding their qualifications, expertise, or the effectiveness of their services.

When you book a session with a Professional through our platform, you enter into a direct agreement with that Professional for the provision of their services. You are responsible for paying the agreed-upon fees and complying with the Professional's scheduling policies.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by each Professional. Please refer to the Professional's profile or contact them directly for their specific policies.

All payments for services booked through our platform are processed through our payment system. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We charge a service fee for using our platform. This fee is included in the total price displayed before you confirm your booking.

Professionals receive payment after the successful completion of their services, subject to our payment processing timeline and any applicable refund policies.

Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review this policy before making any payments through our platform.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws);
• Post or transmit any content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access our Services without our prior written permission;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Professionals or other users;
• Share login credentials or transfer your account to another person.

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of CareerPeCharcha or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, timeliness, quality, accuracy, or suitability of our Services.

We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be available at any particular time or location, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Career advice and guidance provided through our platform are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or any specific results from using our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerPeCharcha, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareerPeCharcha, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Bihar, India, and shall be conducted in English.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.

Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of our Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
